SafeT
Our production facility and testing process exceed all industry standards of quality and reliability. There was no recognised industry standard that came close to what we have created in our 50 years of net production.
So we created our own standard. We call it SafeT.

Our safety standard for latex follows 10 key steps
1. Sourced - Latex is harvested from trees in Malaysia then brought to market.2. Imported - We import over 500 tonnes per annum door to door ensuring no contamination
3. Food grade - There are less than 5 food grade latex factories in the world. More than 90% of output in non food grade. We only buy the food grade raw material
4. All food grade products are FDA approved
5. We audit our suppliers every 24 month
6. Every box and pallet is QC checked and supplied with its own batch number.
7. All latex batch is boiled and the water tasted to ensure no contamination
8. Each batch is memory tested in a closed refrigerator.
9. Relased to the warehouse after the triple check above have been completed
