About The Stringer
This tunnel tying machine does away with the tiresome hand binding with meat twine. Whether meat, fish or poultry, with or without filling. The t.g.m.350 2003 guarantees optimal binding results and an attractive appearance of your product even for irregular cuts of meat.The tunnel concept ensures a continuous flow of material. Even long roasts do not need to be turned round in order to bind them completely. Due to the knotting after each loop, a simple portioning of the roasts is possible without the twine fraying. The T.G.M.350 automatic even does the job automatically.
The TGM350 meat tying machine is used to bind meat joints with tying string.

Our Automatic Machine Twine is made from the highest specification food grade polyester and food grade cotton, and is suitable for use on all Automatic Tying machines.
The twine is wound around a food grade plastic core, so no cardboard.
Each cone is individually wrapped in polythene and has its own batch traceability number.
The breaking strength of our twine is equivalent to other machine twines in the market, but our cones have on average almost 40% more twine per kilo.
We guarantee no knots or joins on each cone, saving on machine downtime in the factory.
