DS Cutting Board for Double Stuffer Machines

The DS Cutting Board is a practical, space-saving solution designed specifically for Double Stuffer machines, helping meat processors improve workflow, hygiene and efficiency in busy production environments.

By fitting directly on top of the machine, the board creates a large preparation surface without taking up additional factory floor space. Operators can cut, trim and prepare large primal cuts directly above the machine, streamlining the entire production process.

The integrated waste holes allow trimmings and waste to be quickly pushed away from the work area, helping to maintain a cleaner and more hygienic workstation while reducing unnecessary handling. Main cuts can then be moved straight towards the Double Stuffer machine for further processing.

To suit individual production requirements, the board can also be customised with waste holes drilled to the customer's preferred size and position. This allows processors to optimise the layout for their specific workflow, product type and operator setup.

About the SCOTNET Dolav Bin Tipper

The Scotnet Dolav Bin Tipper has been specifically developed to tip the 1000mm x 1200mm Dolav style plastic bins from floor level onto one of our hoppers for feeding directly into our DS1200 Double Stuffers and DS1200PXP Double Presses.

Our tipper is fully guarded, enabling the stuffer operator to control the tip, without movin from his position.
